Yes. The Palm Residences Homeowners Association, Inc. oversees community standards, common area maintenance, and resident concerns — working to ensure the community remains a safe and well-maintained place to live.

HOA dues go directly toward the upkeep of common areas, security, maintenance of shared facilities, and community programs. A full accounting is presented to homeowners during the Annual General Assembly.
All homeowners in good standing are encouraged to attend the General Assembly, where major community matters — including budgets, bylaw amendments, and board elections — are discussed and voted on. Your voice matters here.
We encourage residents to first approach concerns neighborly and directly when appropriate. For matters requiring formal attention, you may file a written concern with the HOA Board, which will address it in accordance with our community guidelines.
